About AP PGECET 2013: Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (PGECET) is a AP State Level Common Entrance Test for admission into Regular PG Courses in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Pharmacy and Planning (ME / M.Tech./M.Pharmacy / M.Arch / M. Tech. / M. Plg./Graduate level Pharm-D (Post Baccalaureate) courses conducted by University College of Engineering, Osmania University on behalf of A.P. State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE), a statutory Body of the Government of A.P., Hyderabad.

Payment of application fee of Rs 500 (Rs 250 for SC/ST) for one test can be in the following :

1. AP Online: This facility is available at the E-Seva Kendras.

Furnish the following details:

  • Name of the Candidate

  • Candidate's Father Name

  • Date of Birth of the Candidate

  • Hall Ticket number of S.S.C (10th Class) and month & year of passing

  • Mobile number

  • Tests & Paper(s) opted for Examination.

Pay the requisite application fee

  • Obtain a receipt for the fee paid

  • Ensure that it contains a Transaction Id.

Click here to log on using the transaction ID and enter the following details:

  • Payment Source                  

  • Transaction Id                       

  • Mobile No :   

  • Date of Birth DD/MM/YYYY

  • SSC (10th Class) Hall Ticket Number           

  • Month & Year of Passing SSC (10th Class)

Once the details are entered, Click the Proceed button to fill in the details in the online application form.

2. To pay Application fees online via Debit/Credit cards Click here

a. To pay application fees via debit/credit cards, the following steps have to be followed

  • Click here to make the payment

  • Mandatory details to be entered are

    1. Number of tests appearing

    2. SSC (10th Class) Hall Ticket Number

    3. Month & Year of Passing SSC (10th Class)

    4. Name 

    5. Father's Name          

    6. Mobile No

    7. Date of Birth DD/MM/YYY

    8. Category: Others/ SC/ ST

    9. Fee

    10. Card Type: Visa/Master/Maestro   

    Important : Note down the Payment Reference No. before paying

  • To make the payment, click on the “Make Payment “Button..

  • Important: DONOT click the Back/Refresh buttons or don't close the browser page abruptly while the payment process is on.

  • Note down the "Transaction Id” generated upon successful payment

Log on using the "Transaction Id" and fill the online application form




b. Click here if the online application could not be filled in after payment by credit/debit cards

Enter the following to verify the payment transaction:

  • Payment Source      

  • Transaction Id

  • Mobile No     

  • Date of Birth  DD/MM/YYY Y

  • SSC (10th Class) Hall Ticket Number                       

  • Month & Year of Passing SSC (10th Class)         

Click on the “Proceed” button to fill in the application form
