CCMT Application Form 2017
CCMT Application Form 2017 will be available from second week of April to third week of May, 2017. All candidates eligible (GATE qualified) for central counseling should register themselves by paying the requisite registration fee during the specified period for participating in the procedure of PG engineering admissions in NITs. CCMT Application Form 2017: Pre-Allotment Steps
Candidates are strongly advised to read the instructions given below for registration process and choice filling/locking process before proceeding with the actual registration process.
Registration fee: Rs.1500/- for SC/ST/PwD and Rs.2000/- for OC/OB (non-refundable)
Paid via: SBI MOPS (i.e. net banking/credit card/debit card or e-challan at any branch of SBI)
All eligible candidates will have to register and fill their choices online during the specified period to be considered for seat allotment.
They must carefully enter the correct and verifiable personal information during online registration of CCMT 2017.
Candidates must read carefully all terms & conditions before clicking on the “I agree” check box.
After registration fee payment, the candidate will be able to exercise their programme choices across all participating institutes. Candidate may take assistance of the Help Centers for registration and choice filling.
During the choice filling period, the candidates are free to change, reorder, delete and add their choices of programmes/institutes as per their preference, till they lock their choices or till the last date of CCMT Choice Filling 2017.
Candidate must ensure themselves that they are fully eligible and satisfy the special eligibility conditions for a particular programme before filling up that programme in the list of preferred choices.
All the candidates must lock their final choices before the last date (third week of May tentatively). They will not be able to unlock their choices once these are locked.
If candidates fail to explicitly lock their choices before the last date, their last saved choices will be automatically locked. Therefore, they are strongly advised to lock their choices themselves. Candidate, who has not filled even one choice, would lose chance to get admission as the CCMT 2017 Application Form would not be processed further.
Candidates must take printout of their CCMT application form 2017 and locked choices. This printout, which also mentions the terms and conditions agreed them has to be signed and submitted at the time of reporting.
Registered candidates, who do not fill any choice or fail to save them, cannot be considered for CCMT 2017 seat allotment and admission.
If the information submitted by the candidate is found to be fraudulent, incorrect or untrue at any stage (even after provisional admission), the seat allotted (if any) will be canceled without any further reference. Moreover, such candidate may no longer be considered eligible for admission and will also be liable for legal action.

Step#1- Registration: Candidates must enter following details

Step#2- Filing CCMT Application Form 2017: Applicants must fill these details-
Date of Birth
Aadhaar number (optional)
Qualifying degree details
Qualifying degree passing status
Year of passing
Qualifying discipline name
Qualifying result preparation mode
Step#3- Bank Details: Candidates are required to provide following bank related details-
Name of account holder
Uploading GATE Score Card: The scanned copy must be in any one of these formats- .gif, .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp, with file size between 50KB and 200KB.
Password: It should be 8 to 13 characters long including at least one upper case alphabet, one lower case alphabet, one numerical value, one special character (! @ # $ % ^ & * ‐).
Confirm Password: After answering security question and entering code, the applicants are required to click on “Submit” button that will lead them to Review page. Any information can be corrected at this stage. Candidates must click on the final submit button for submitting the final CCMT 2017 Application. The form cannot be edited after this.
A unique permanent registration number will be assigned to the candidates after submitting the details. They are required to validate their e-mail ID and pay the registration fees.
