COMEDK UGET 2015 Application Form
COMEDK UGET 2015 Application Form is available from March 2, 2015 onwards. Beginning of obtaining “Request for Application Form” (RFA) and filling of “Online Application Form” (OAF) has started from March 2, 2015. Candidates have to apply online through the COMEDK UGET 2015 Online Application Form. Last date for obtaining RFA (link available till 10:00 PM) is April 14, 2015. Last date of filling up online application form is April 15 (till 10 pm).

The last date for receipt of “Physical Application Form” (PAF) is April 18, 2015 (before 5 pm). COMEDK UGET 2015 Application Procedure: The Application Procedure of COMEDK UGET 2015 has been decribed below step-wise:
COMEDK UGET 2015 Application fees:
For aspirants attempting 3 subjects: Rs.1200 (PCB or PCM)
For aspirants attempting 4 subjects: Rs.1500 (PCMB)
COMEDK UGET 2015 Application Fee Payment Mode: Payment will be madeby Demand Draft (drawn from the nationalized banks in favor of “COMEDK” payable at Bangalore).
Candidates have to keep the DD ready before applying online.
Candidates must mention their Name, Application Number and Address on the reverse.
Candidates have to ensure the banker’s signature on the DD
COMEDK UGET 2015 Application Form:
Candidates have to register themselves by submitting a request for an application form ‘Request For Application (RFA)’. This RFA includes providing of essential particulars before making the COMEDK UGET 2015 Online Application proper. The candidate may access the RFA link along with general instructions and explanation for filling the required fields. This link is now active from March 2, 2015 onwards.

Candidates shall enter following details in RFA-
- Name of the applicant as appearing in SSLC/10th Marks card
- Date of Birth
- Unique ID Proof and its details
- Unique email ID
- Mobile number
The unique ID proof comprises of any one of the following only:
- Voter ID
- PAN Card
- Driving License
- Aadhaar Card / acknowledgement of Aadhaar
After submitting and confirming RFA, a candidate is registered. After registration, he/she will receive a username and password on his / her email ID and this fact of alert notification will also be sent via SMS. With their username and password, candidates can access their COMEDK UGET 2015 Applicant Login, which will enable them to fill up the Online Application Form (OAF) and to follow subsequent process.
COMEDK UGET 2015 Online Application Form is an important step based on which candidates’ eligibility for writing the examination would be assessed. The OAF comprises of following five parts-
Part One contains the particulars of those details submitted by the candidates in RFA. These particulars are static content and cannot be edited.
In Part Two, the candidates’ general particulars such as name of Father/Mother/Guardian name and ID proof, annual income, candidates’ nationality, gender, Karnataka or Non-Karnataka etc. and the postal address will have to be provided. Besides, the category to which the candidate belongs, the minority status, belonging to any particular specialized region like Hyderabad Karnataka Region should also be provided.
In Part Three, candidates have to mention the Demand Draft number and its details towards the fee for registration and application. The Demand Draft should be drawn on a Nationalized Bank in favor of COMEDK payable at Bangalore.
Part Four provides the details of qualifying examination (PUC or 12th Standard or equivalent), the year of having acquired the said qualification, name of the Institution, place and other details.
Part Five is meant for uploading candidates’ recent colour photograph and signature in the prescribed size and format.
- The photograph must be a recent (three months) with preferably light background image after scanning. It should be identical to the photo to be pasted in COMEDK UGET 2015 Application.
- The dimension of the photo should be 180 x 220 pixels and the maximum file size should be 200 kb.
- The image should be of .jpg or .jpeg format.
- Signature should be recorded on a white paper with a black ballpoint pen.
- The dimension should be 230 x 90 pixels and the maximum file size should be 200 kb.
- The image should be of .jpg or .jpeg format.
The signature and the photo shall remain the same throughout the process. The signature affixed on the physical application form should be identical to the one they have uploaded.
After re-verifying the above particulars, the candidates have to submit the COMEDK UGET 2015 Online Application. Once the submission is made, a unique six digit bar-coded application number would be generated. This application number should be noted down as all future correspondences will have to be made quoting this number. This number should also be mentioned on the reverse of the Demand Draft.
After the COMEDK UGET 2015 Online Application Form (OAF) is submitted to COMEDK online, candidates shall take its printout on A4 size paper. Now, the candidate has to furnish a declaration, which will also have to be affirmed to by the candidates’ parent / guardian.
Applicants have to affix left forefinger impression thrice in the appropriate space provided for, apart from pasting a recent passport size colour photograph and affixing the signature.
Finally, the candidate has to take the signature of the Principal or Head Master of the College / Institution where he/she last studied (PUC or plus two or 12th Standard) along with seal of the institution or college and date so as to get confirmation of his/her candidature.
Candidates shall send the Application Form of COMEDK UGET 2015 in Physical Format (PAF) along with the Demand Draft through Speed Post only addressed to-

Applicants shall send it on or before April 15, 2015 before 5.00 PM. They must also take a photocopy of the completed application form in physical format for future reference.
Dos and Don’ts:
Candidates should not staple or use pins to affix certificates.
- Cadidates MUST NOT staple the photograph at the COMEDK UGET 2015 Online Application Form Copy or the online study certificate.
Mutilated COMEDK UGET 2015 Application Forms will not be accepted.
Candidates must note the 6 digits application number as displayed in the COMEDK UGET 2015 Application Form
Candidates must ensure that all the photographs used for COMEDK UGET 2015 Application, Counselling and Admissions are identical.
They must verify details before taking printout of the COMEDK UGET 2015 Online Application Form and Online Date of Birth Certificate / Identity proof (COMEDK and Candidate Copy).
They must avoid multiple application forms as it will result in disqualification.

Candidates, who’s COMEDK UGET 2015 Applications are rejected but who wish to re-apply, can fill up a fresh application along with the new DD (preferably CTS DD) in favour of ‘COMEDK’ payable at Bangalore. They shall submit the same on or before the last date. However they should register again, access RFA afresh with a new Email ID, fill OAF and send PAF again by enclosing another Demand Draft.
Last year, COMEDK UGET was held across 134 centres in Karnataka. A total of 96,100 candidates were registered for the entrance exam. Out of which, 38,295 candidates applied for the engineering courses. Compared to 2013, the number of applicants increased by 1,000 for engineering in 2014, according to the officials. The number of seats for engineering courses was 17,698 across more than 150 institutes affiliated to Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka.
