KEAM 2017 - Commissioner of Entrance Examination (CEE), Government of Kerala is responsible for conducting Kerala Engineering Agricultural Medical Entrance Examination (KEAM) 2017. The State level entrance examination will be conducted on April 24 and April 25, 2017. Corrections in the KEAM 2017 application form can now be done till April 5, 2017. KEAM 2017 online application form is now over, which started on February 1, 2017. Interested applicants were required to fill and submit the application form to be eligible for the admission process. The final date to submit the filled application form of KEAM 2017 was March 9, 2017 (till 5 pm). Earlier, the last date to fill and submit the online application form of KEAM 2017 was February 27. Qualifying applicants of KEAM 2017 will be given admission to over 59,000 seats offered by the various Government colleges, Government sponsored self financing colleges and private self financing colleges of the state of Kerala. Admissions will be done based on the ratio of 50:50 on the applicant’s scores in KEAM 2017 and 12th standard qualifying examination. The results of KEAM will be declared on or before May 25, 2017. The admission committee will be following a Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) for counselling and allotment of seats. The examination of KEAM 2017 will be divided into two sections – Paper I and Paper II. Paper I will consist of Physics and Chemistry and will be held on April 24, 2017 from 10AM to 12:30 pm. KEAM Admit Card 2017
The admit card of KEAM 2017 is available now from April 12 for all successfully registered applicants. KEAM 2017 admit card is available in online mode only. The applicants will be able to download their admit card online only. In order to download the KEAM 2017 admit card, the applicants have to enter their application number and password. KEAM 2017 admit card will carry important information like the applicant’s name, photograph, exam centre and examination time table. Candidates must note that noone will be informed individually about the availability of the admit card. Print out of the admit card has to be taken in colour and carried to the examination centre otherwise the applicants will not be allowed to take the examination. Help desks and facilitation centres are also available across the state of Kerala to help the applicants download and print their KEAM Admit Card 2017.
KEAM Eligibility Criteria 2017
To be eligible for the state level entrance examination of KEAM 2017, the applicants will be required to meet certain qualifications set by the admission committee. Only if these various criteria related to the age, domicile, education and more of the applicant are met then he/she will be allowed to proceed further in the admission process.
Age Criteria: The applicants should be 17 years of age by December 31, 2017. No upper age limit is set by CEE.
Academic Requirements: For B.Tech admissions, the applicants should have completed their Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala or equivalent examination from a recognized institute.
Qualifying Marks: The applicants should have secured 50% marks in Mathematics and 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. For admission in B.Tech programmes under Management Quota in Private Self Financing Engineering Colleges/Government Controlled Self Financing Engineering Colleges, the applicants should have scored 45% marks as an aggregate of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
Domicile: OnlyIndian applicants will be eligible to apply. However, Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) and Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) are also eligible. The applicants will be categorized as Keralite, Non-Keralite Category I and Non-Keralite Category II for admissions to professional courses.

KEAM Application Form 2017
The registration process of KEAM 2017 is over now. Application form of KEAM 2017 started from February 1, 2017. The applicants had to make sure they are registered properly to be eligible for the entrance examination. Those applicants who fail to submit the application form will be disqualified. Applicants had to register themselves to fill the online application form of KEAM 2017. The next step is to upload the scanned images of the applicant’s photograph, signature and left hand thumb impression after which the applicant will have to fill the application form with personal, academic and contact information. Payment of the application fees has to be done through offline or online mode. The applicants were required to take a print out of the application form, affix their photograph and send it along with other required documents to the Office of Commissioner of Entrance Examinations. No other mode of submission will be accepted.

KEAM Syllabus 2017
The syllabus of KEAM 2017 will consist of the various topics under Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Most of the questions will consist from the 12th standard qualifying examination. KEAM Result 2017
The result of KEAM 2017 will be released in online mode on or before May 25, 2017. The scores of the applicants obtained in the entrance examination will be reflected in the result. The applicants will be able to download the result by accessing it through the official website. No individual notification regarding the KEAM Result 2017 will be sent to the applicants.
KEAM Cutoff 2017
The admission committee will be announcing the cutoff of KEAM 2017 after the declaration of results. The cutoff will be the minimum marks that an applicant will need to obtain in order to be eligible for admissions into the participating engineering institutes of Kerala. The separate course wise and institute wise cutoff will be announced by CEE. Those applicants who meet the cutoff will be called in for counselling and seat allotment process.

KEAM Counselling 2017
The counselling session of KEAM 2017 will be done through Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) tentatively in June 2017. All of the applicants will be alloted seats based on their ranking in the merit list. The applicants will have to register themselves first for the allotment process and select their college and course. Trial allotment will be held for the applicants to check their selections. The allotment will be done in online mode and the list of allotted applicants will be released online.
