KEAM 2015 Application Form - The application form of KEAM 2015 is available now. The last date for submitting KEAM 2015 Application Form is February 3, 2015. Sale of Security Cards along with KEAM 2015 Prospectus through selected Post Offices has started from January 9, 2015. Online submission of KEAM 2015 Applications has begun from January 10, 2015 onwards. Aspirants, who wish to take admissions to the engineering courses in Kerala will have to fill the KEAM 2015 Application Form to appear for the exam. KEAM 2015 Application Form Procedure consists of the following seven steps:

1. Registration: This is a one-time step in the KEAM 2015 Application Form Procedure.
Candidates must enter the following
Name of Candidate (as per the SSLC Certificate),
Date of birth (as in Class X Certificate or Date of Birth Certificate),
Email id, - Should be Valid till the admission time
Mobile number : 10 digits. DONOT add 0 or 91 or any other prefix.
Password as per specifications given below
On successful Registration, a KEAM 2015 Registration confirmation Page will be displayed.
Candidates can edit the details using the "EDIT" option or Confirm to register for KEAM 2015.
A unique KEAM 2015 Application No will be generated which has to be kept safe for the future by the candidates along with their chose password.
Candidates who have forgotten their KEAM 2015 Application No:
They can use the link `Forgot Application No` in Home page to get their KEAM 2015 Application number
To be able to access their KEAM 2015 Application No, they should enter their
Date of Birth,
KEAM 2015 Password Specifications:
KEAM 2015 Password should have minimum of 8 characters
The Password should also contain at least one alphabet [a to z or A to Z]
There must be at least one number [0 to 9] in the KEAM 2015 Password
The Password should contain at least one symbol [! @ # $ % ^ & *]
Candidates must login to enter the details in the KEAM 2015 Application Form.
To log in, candidates have to enter the KEAM 2015 Application No generated as well as the password chosen during registration.
- After Logging in, Candidates will be directed to their page where they can do the following activities:
Payment of Application Fee will be activated only after final submission
Print Application will be available only after Payment of KEAM 2015 Application fees
3. Fill KEAM 2015 Online Application Form: It is advisable to save the Online Application at every step.
After logging in, candidates have to upload their photograph as specified below.
Candidates have to fill in the examination course and centre details.
The personal particulars, contact details, educational qualifications have to be filled in.

4. Final Submission of KEAM 2015 Online Application Form:
Candidates can save the KEAM 2015 Application form to check for the any errors and editing of details before final submission.
Candidates can submit the final KEAM 2015 Application Form by clicking the final submission option.
Note: After final submission, candidates cannot edit any particulars in the KEAM 2015 Application Form.
5. KEAM 2015 Application Fee Payment
KEAM 2015 Application Fees:
General Candidates: Rs 1000
SC/ST Candidates: Rs 500
Candidates opting for Dubai Centre must pay Rs 12,000 in addtion to the Application Fee for KEAM
KEAM 2015 Application Fee Payment Mode:
KEAM 2015 application fee can be paid via any of the following two methods-
Candidates can purchase the KEAM 2015 Security Card from selected Post Offices.
A Serial Number and Key Number printed on the security card should be entered by the candidate in the KEAM 2015 Application Form.
Candidates can see the Key Number given on the Security card by gently scratching off the silver panel on the back of the card.
Candidates must send a Demand Draft (DD) drawn on a Nationalised/Scheduled Bank, in favour of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, payable at Thiruvananthapuram.
Note: Candidates opting for Dubai as the exam centre:
In case they have a Security Card, they must send a DD for additional amount of Rs 12,000.
In case of DD Payment for Application Fees:
- The DD will be for Rs 13,000 (Rs 12,500 in case of SC/ST)
- DD must be drawn on a Nationalised/Scheduled Bank, in favour of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, payable at Thiruvananthapuram.
6. Print KEAM 2015 Application Form:
Candidates must print the KEAM 2015 Online Application Form.
Candidates must prepare the Course Certificate and Nativity Certificate in the prescribed format
Note: Candidates are advised to keep a copy of the printed Online KEAM 2015 Application Form for future Reference.
7. Submission of Printout of KEAM 2015 Application Form to CEE, Kerala
Candidates must submit the printout of the KEAM 2015 Application form as above along with the following documents.
Candidates must send the KEAM 2015 Application Form (printout) and the enclosures by Registered Post/Speed Post/Hand Delivery, before the specified last date to

Note: Candidates paying by DD will also be able to print the address slip to paste on the envelope to send to the address above.
The documents to be enclosed along with the Printout of the KEAM 2015 Application Form are:
Nativity Certificate in original
Self Attested copy of SSLC or equivalent certificate for proof of date of birth
Course Certificate in original duly filled in with signature and seal of the Head of the
Institution in which the candidate is studying OR Attested copy of the final year mark list of the qualifying examination.
Community Certificate and Income Certificate in the prescribed format in original from the concerned Village Officer
- Community Certificate in original from the concerned Tahsildar in the case of SC/ST candidates.
Inter-Caste marriage certificate, in original from the concerned Village Officer, if applicable
In case of Persons with disabilities’ (PwD), a Self-attested copy of Medical certificate from the District Medical Board has to be submitted
Photograph must be affixed of the size 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm.
- Photograph uploaded on the online application should be duly attested by the Head of the Institution in which the candidate studied last or by a Gazetted Officer.
- The applicant and parent should sign in the specified areas on the printout of the application.
Candidate should also affix the left hand thumb impression in the space provided in the printout of the application.
