DTE MP Counselling 2024 - DTE, Madhya Pradesh will announce the MP BE 2024 merit list online at dte.mponline.gov.in. MP DTE 2024 counselling and seat allotment is conducted under two channels. It is through JEE Main score and class 12 merit. Seats are allotted based on the candidate’s choices filled in during DTE MP 2024 counselling registration, merit, and availability of seats. Candidates who will get allotted seats through MP DTE counselling 2024 should report to the allotted institute for document verification. Authorities will also conduct a separate institute-level DTE MP 2024 counselling.

Mentioned below is the detailed procedure of MP BE 2024 counselling and seat allotment for the candidate's reference.
Step 1- DTE MP 2024 Registration and Online verification of documents: All the eligible candidates have to register first and get their requisite documents verified. Registration and document verification for MP BE 2024 counselling is done in online mode. Those candidates who will register and get their documents verified in online mode will be generated an online slip. However, if candidates could only register themselves successfully but do not get their documents verified, the slip only for registration will be generated. Moreover, these candidates will have to visit the help centres to get their documents verified in person.
Class 10 and 12 marksheet.
MP domicile certificate (If applicable).
Reserve category certificate (If applicable).
Family income certificate (for TFW & OBC category candidates).
Aadhaar Card.
Other essential documents.
Step 2- Choice filling and fee payment: Once the above step is successfully completed, candidates will be required to submit their choices of colleges and colleges in order of their preference. Candidates need to make sure that they lock their choices once filled in. Once choices are submitted, candidates will have to pay the requisite, a nonrefundable MP BE 2024 counselling and part tuition fee. The fee payment can be done either in online mode (through Paytm, credit/debit card or net banking) or in offline mode (through cash at help centres).

Step 3 - MP STE Seat Allotment 2024: Based on the common merit list, availability of seats, and choice filling, candidates will be allotted seats in the MP BE 2024 participating institutes. Authorities will released MP BE 2024 seat allotment results for JEE Main 2024 qualified candidates. From the official website or from the link given in this article candidates can download their seat allotment letter.
In order to download their MP BE 2024 seat allotment letter, they have to log in to the counselling portal using their roll number/application number, date of birth, round number, and password.
Step 4- Reporting, document verification, and admission in the allotted institute: Candidates who will be offered seats will have to report at the allotted institute to get their documents verified. Moreover, they will have to pay the admission fee at the institute to confirm their MP BE 2024 admission.
Once a seat is allotted to the candidate, they will have the following options to opt for. They can choose any one of the options mentioned below if they are not satisfied with the allotment.
Option 1- Upgrade seat: If candidates are not satisfied with the seat allotted to them, they can choose to upgrade it. However, this option can be only opted by candidates who will be applying on the basis of JEE Main 2024 scores. Candidates who will be applying on the basis of a qualifying exam will not be able to access this option.
Option 2- Internal branch sliding: Once a seat is allotted to the candidates, they can opt for internal branch sliding in the same institute against the vacant or dropout seats. However, to opt for this option candidates will have to pay the portal fee of Rs.100.
If seats remain vacant, a special round of DTE MP counselling and seat allotment 2024 will be held for admission to govt., private, self-financed, and government-funded institutes. The round will be conducted on the basis of JEE Main 2024 and class XII merit. In case, there are vacant seats, a round of MP DTE 2024 counselling and seat allotment will be conducted for private institutes only.
