PESSAT 2017 Eligibility Criteria refers to the requirements which a candidate should meet in order to be eligible to take PESSAT 2017. Before applying for PESSAT 2017, all aspirants must carefully go through the eligibility criteria of PESSAT 2017.
In order to appear for PESSAT 2017, the candidates should have obtained atleast 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 12th class or equivalent.
The application form of PESSAT 2017 is available now, from September 21, 2016. Candidates from outside Bengaluru can fill up the application form till April 10, 2017, while the last date for candidates in Bengaluru is April 17, 2017. In order to fill up the application form, the aspirants have to first register themselves using their course, gender, date of birth, email ID, etc. Already registered candidates have to make the application fee payment for PESSAT 2017 by entering their registration number, gender and date of birth.

PESSAT Exam Pattern 2017
PESSAT 2017 Exam Pattern tells about various important aspects of PESSAT 2017 like time duration of the exam, type of questions asked, format of the exam, mode of the exam, total number of question, marking scheme, subjects included, topic-wise question distribution, etc.
PESSAT 2017 will have questions from Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics of 11th and 12th standards (CBSE questions). Apart from PCM, the test will also have 20 questions from English grammar. PESSAT 2017 question paper for B.Tech will have 70 per cent questions from 12th syllabus, while 30 per cent will be from 11th standard syllabus.
PESSAT Admit Card 2017
PESSAT Admit Card 2017 is available from April 21, 2017. The admit card of PESSAT 2017 can be downloaded by the registered candidates after booking their exam slots. Slot booking has commenced from April 21, 2017. In order to download PESSAT 2017 admit card, candidates have to enter their registration number and email ID (the same email ID with which the candidate has registered during the application process).
PESSAT 2017 admit card will carry important information like name, photograph, roll number & signature of the candidate, exam venue, exam time, date of the exam, etc.
PESSAT Exam Centres 2017
PESSAT Exam Centres are the venues where the candidates will be taking the entrance exam for admission to undergraduate engineering programmes available at the university. PES University will conduct PESSAT 2017 across different test centres in different states of India on different dates. In 2016, the university had conducted the entrance exam across 42 exam centres of PESSAT 2017.
PESSAT Result 2017
PESSAT result 2017 will tentatively be announced by PES University in the last week of May 2017. Through the result of PESSAT 2017, the examinees will be able to see their scores and ranks. In order to check their result, they have to enter their registration number and date of birth. Admissions to undergraduate engineering programmes available at the university will be done through 2 rounds of counselling of PESSAT 2017.
PESSAT Counselling 2017
PESSAT 2017 counselling will be conducted in 2 rounds by PES University. The first round of counselling of PESSAT 2017 will tentatively be conducted in June 2017, while the second round will tentatively be conducted in July 2017. Candidates, who will be shortlisted for admission, have to submit their original documents by the first week of July 2017.
