The national level engineering entrance test – SAAT 2017 will be conducted across 62 exam centres in 40 cities. For the academic year 2016-17, the entrance exam was conducted across 72 exam centres in 50 cities of India. The online application form is now available for all eligible applicants by April 12, 2017. SAAT 2017 is an entrance test having multiple choice questions. The university will shortlist candidates on the basis of SAAT 2017. In 1 of the 5 campuses, the university also offers admissions through JEE Main 2017. SAAT Eligibility Criteria 2017
SAAT 2017 Eligibility Criteria include eligibility conditions set by SOA University for admissions to B.Tech programmes. The eligibility criteria of SAAT 2017 give details related to age, qualifying exam, marks in qualifying examination, etc. basis which the aspirants are considered eligible for appearing in SAAT 2017. In order to be considered eligible, all candidates must have passed class XII/10+2 or equivalent exam.
They should have taken Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with any one of the subjects - Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Informatics/ Statistics or any other subject in class 12/XII.
In the subjects mentioned above, the candidates must have secured an aggregate of 50% marks in class 12th.

SAAT Application Form 2017
SAAT 2017 Application Form is now available for all eligible applicants in online as well as offline mode. For offline mode, candidates can get SAAT 2017 application form personally or by post from SOA University, Khandagiri Square, Bhubaneswar - 751030 or from the counters of the constituent institutes of the university. For online mode, the candidates can now apply online through the link provided in the article. The processing of SAAT application form will be done offline wherein the candidates have to darken the circles on the form with either black/blue ball pen or by HB pencil.
To fill the application form, the applicants will first have to register themselves with their valid email id. A verification code will be sent to the registered email id and the applicants will be able to process further by entering the allotted verification code. Scanned photograph and signature of the applicant will have to be uploaded in the application form. While filling the application form of SAAT 2017, the applicants will have to fill in their personal details, contact details, course preferences, education details, extra personal details and select their three preferred examination centres and dates. Once all of the information is submitted, the applicants will have to read the undertaking and select it and then finally submit the application form. No application fees will have to be paid by the applicants.

SAAT Admit Card 2017
The admit card of SAAT 2017 will be available only in online mode from April 15, onwards. The candidates will have to download it the admit card and keep it with them for future use. SAAT 2017 admit card will be available only for the candidates who successfully submit their application form for the entrance test.
Candidates need to take the printout of the downloaded admit card and have to produce an identity proof along with the admit card in the exam centre.

SAAT 2017 Sample Papers will be released by SOA University. Through the use of SAAT 2017 sample papers, the aspirants can polish their skills of solving the type of the questions that come in the entrance test. SAAT Result 2017
SAAT 2017 Result will be announced online tentatively in the third week of May 2017. The university will prepare a merit list on the basis of candidates’ performance in SAAT 2017. Admissions to B.Tech programmes will be offered based on candidates score/marks in SAAT 2017. To check their result, the test takers will have to enter their SAAT 2017 application number and roll number.

SAAT Counselling & Seat Allotment 2017
SAAT 2017 Counselling & Seat Allotment will be conducted purely on the basis of merit list of SAAT 2017 and the availability of the seats. Candidates applying for admissions through JEE Main 2017 also have to attend the counselling as per the specified dates in the institute. The counselling schedule would be announced on the day of result declaration. During the counselling and seat allotment, the examinees have to be personally present at the counselling venue and get their certificates/documents verified. Failure of producing the document will lead to cancellation of the candidates’ admission. The test takers are also required to submit the admission fee during counselling and seat allotment process.
They have to pay an initial amount of Rs. 30,000 through a demand draft from any nationalised bank in favour of “Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University”, payable at Bhubaneswar. The balance annual/semester fee amount has to be paid at the time of admission (before July 15, 2017) at respective institute through a DD in favour of “Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University”.
