IIT Bombay has released the UCEED eligibility criteria 2024 at uceed.iitb.ac.in. As per UCEED 2024 eligibility, candidates should have passed all subjects in class 12 to be eligible to appear for the UCEED exam. Moreover, UCEED exam eligibility 2024 states that aspirants who appeared for the first time in the class 12 exam in 2022 or earlier are not eligible for the entrance exam.

UCEED Age Limit 2024
As per UCEED eligibility age 2024, candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1999, if belonging to the OPEN/EWS/OBC-NCL category and born on or after October 1, 1994, if belonging to the SC, ST or PwD category. Through UCEED eligibility criteria 2024, the authorities have announced that a candidate can attempt UCEED a maximum of two times and that too in consecutive years. Moreover, the UCEED score is valid for one year and only for admissions in the same corresponding academic year.

Aspirants should have passed all subjects in the qualifying examination (Class XII or equivalent) in 2023 or should be appearing for the qualifying examination for the first time in 2024 to be eligible for attempting UCEED 2024. Students from all streams (Science, Commerce, and Arts & Humanities) are eligible. Those who appeared for the first time in their qualifying examination (Class XII) in 2022 or earlier are NOT eligible to appear in UCEED 2024. UCEED Qualifying Examination
Final examination of the 10+2 system, conducted by a Central or State Board recognized
by the Association of Indian Universities.
Intermediate or two-year Pre-University examination conducted by a Board or University recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (www.aiu.ac.in).
Final examination of the two-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the National Defence Academy.
Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling with a minimum of five subjects.
Any Public School, Board or University examination in India or a foreign country recognized as equivalent to the 10+2 system by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
H.S.C. vocational examination.
General Certificate of Education (GCE) examination (London, Cambridge or Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level.
High School Certificate Examination of the Cambridge University or International Baccalaureate Diploma of the International Baccalaureate Office, Geneva.
Candidates who have completed Class XII (or equivalent) examination outside India or from a Board not specified above should produce a certificate from the Association of Indian Universities to the effect that the examination they have passed is equivalent to the Class XII examination.
In case the Class XII examination is not a public examination, the candidate must have already passed at least one public (Board or Pre-University) examination before appearing for UCEED.

Is Maths compulsory for UCEED?
While Mathematics is not a mandatory subject for UCEED, it can be beneficial. Science stream students with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are eligible to apply to all UCEED participating institutes. However, candidates from other streams (Science without Mathematics or Physics or Chemistry, Commerce, and Arts and humanities) can also apply, but only to IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, and IIT Hyderabad.

Candidates could complete the UCEED registration 2024 online by providing the required details and documents by November 28, 2023 with late fees. 6. Does appearing UCEED exam guranteed BDes admission in IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad and IITDM Jabalpur?
Candidates must note that appearing or securing rank in UCEED 2024 does not guarantee admission to BDes courses at the participating institutes. UCEED-qualified aspirants have to separately apply for admission to the participating institutes. Applicants are advised to check the eligibility criteria of the respective institutes in which they want to enroll for B.Des admission. Each respective institute will again conduct an entrance test separately for the UCEED-qualified candidates. The entrance test includes a written test and a personal interview.

IIT Bombay released the UCEED cutoff 2024 on February 8 in the form of mean and standard deviation. The mean and standard deviation for UCEED 2024 cutoff for Part A are 43.91 and 23.03 respectively.

NID Design Aptitude Test is conducted for admission in the prestigious National Institute Design (NID) campuses in Bachelors of Design (B. Des)course.

In India, there are many coaching programmes accessible, however in my opinion, creativity doesn't really blossom in a coaching programme.
The secret to passing NID, NIFT, and CEED is creativity; you may do this without depending on coaching sessions. I would advise going on a tour or travelling instead of paying hefty fees to teaching centres. If not, simply take in your surroundings. Every morning, take a stroll and study the textures and patterns of the surroundings. Try to observe and see things from your perspective wherever you go. Try to consider and analyse the issues!
