UPSEE Application Form 2017 - Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow has extended the last date for application form submission of UPSEE 2017 to March 5. Earlier, the last date for application form was February 28 (11.59 pm). UPSEE application form 2017 is available from January 18, 2017 onwards. All applicants have to first register and then fill the details; thereafter submit the UPSEE Application Form 2017 to appear for the UPSEE 2017. There is an increase in the UPSEE Application Fees which has to be paid online through net banking or credit/debit cards. Candidates will also be required to upload their recent colour photograph with the name below, a signature and the left thumb impression as per given specifications. Aadhaar card number of the applicant is also necessary for the application form to be accepted. Incomplete UPSEE Application forms will be rejected. Details regarding the personal and academic information of the applicant has to be submitted in the UPTU/ UPSEE application form and must be in accordance with the Class X records. The applicants are also requested to read the full eligibility criteria before filling the UPSEE 2017 application form as non-eligible will not be allowed to participate in the admission procedure. The Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) 2017 provides admission to all eligible applicants into the engineering courses offered by the participating institutes of the state. The entrance test for admissions to the B.Tech programmes will be held on April 16, 2017.
Important: The applicants will be required to submit their Aadhaar card number while filling the online UPTU/ UPSEE application form. If the applicant is not able to fill the Aadhaar card number in the application form then he/she will not be able to proceed further in the application process. Things to Keep Ready Before Filling UPSEE Application Form 2017
UPSEE 2017 application form is available only in the online mode. All of the information provided in the application form has to be valid and must match the details in the documents possessed by the applicants. While filling the UPSEE Application Form 2017, the applicants are requested to keep their documents with them so that no discrepancy is created. The applicants will also have to keep their registered and valid phone number and email id ready. The mobile number should be kept valid for a year till the admission process is completed as the important messages may be conveyed through this number.

How to Fill UPSEE Application Form 2017
UPSEE 2017 application form is available only in online mode from January 18, 2017. No other mode of application will be accepted by the admission committee. Candidates will be allowed to fill only one application form. Applicants will be required to submit information regarding their personal and academic details in the UPSEE application form 2017. Payment of application fees will have to be done to successfully submit the application form. All applicants are requested to read the eligibility criteria in detail before filling the online UPSEE 2017 application form. The last date for submission is February 28, 2017. There are three steps to follow while filling the UPSEE application as follows

Step 1 – Registration
Click on the provided link to access UPSEE Application Form 2017. Choose the " Uttar Pradesh State entrance Exam for UG - 2017"
Select “Apply” button.
A screen consisting of the instructions and procedure of submitting the application form will appear.
The applicants are requested to read the details carefully and click on “Proceed” to fill the online UPSEE 2017 application form.
Step 2 – Filling the Online UPSEE Application Form
The next step for the applicants is to fill in their information in the application. All information submitted has to be correct. Incomplete or incorrect application forms will be rejected. The following details will have to provided in the UPSEE application form 2017:

Step 3 – Review and Submission
The applicants are suggested to review their submitted information before submitting the UPSEE 2017 application form.
Once the applicants click on “Submit” button, then a review page will be shown through which the applicants can check all the information he/she has submitted.
Click on “Edit Application Form Data” for any changes.
Once all changes has been made, the applicants can select “Final Submit” button after accepting the declaration of terms.
An application number will be generated after successful submission of the application form. The application number will also be sent to the applicant's registered mobile number. For future reference, the applicants are requested to keep the application number in mind.
Login will have to be done with the application number and password to proceed.
Step 4 – Uploading of Scanned Documents
The scanned photograph, signature and left thumb impression has to be uploaded according to the specifications mentioned above. The images has to be uploaded correctly. Blurred images will be rejected. The applicants can select “Save” button once the correct images are uploaded. After the documents are uploaded, the applicants will have to login again with their application number and password.
Step 5 – Payment of Application Fees
The applicant is required to pay the application fees to successfully submit the application form. Payment of the UPSEE application fees will have to be done only in online mode i.e., through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking. A transaction number will be generated after successful payment and has to kept for future reference. The confirmation page will be generated and the applicants are requested to keep two print out copies of the confirmation page for future use.

Step 6 - Printing the Confirmation Page
After successfully submitting their UPSEE 2017 Application Form, candidates must download the confirmation page and safe keep it. This may be required for the future reference. Candidates may be asked to furnish this at the time of counselling
The UPSEE Confirmation Page will showcase the details of the candidate as filled in along with the photograph, signature and the left thumb impression.
Candidates are not required to send the confirmation page or any other documents to the University.
A provision to print the confirmation page will be provided to candidates incase they have not downloaded or saved the same.
Partial Correction for Online UPSEE Application Form 2017
The window for the online partial correction of the filled and submitted online application form will be available from March 27, 2017 (11:00 AM) till March 29, 2017 (5:00 PM). During this period of time, the applicants will be able to edit and make corrections in their already submitted application form. More details about the correction facility will be declared by the admission committee later.
What you need to know about UPSEE 2017 application correction?
UPSEE 2017 application correction/updation is a separate process.
Correction facility in the application form will be available once once for the candidates. They can't do it again.
Corrections and changes can be made only by the candidates who have successfully completed the application form filling and paid the application fee.
In order to opt for application correction, the applicants have to login using their UPSEE 2017 application number and password.
Candidates can edit or change all details they have entered in the application form, except the following.
After the candidate has made the corrections, a revised confirmation page is generated, which they must take print out of for future reference.

FAQs related to UPSEE Application Form 2017
Q: I don’t belong to UP. Can I apply for UPSEE 2017?
A: Yes you can. However you will be eligible for 10% of seats in the private institutes participating in UPSEE provided you meet the requisite eligibility set by the authorities for the same.
Q: I belong to the Reserved category. Can I avail the reservations?
A: Only students belonging to the reserved category of the UP state will be eligible for reservation for admissions. Students who belong to the reserved category but belong to other states will not be eligible.
Q: I forgot to put my name under my photograph, would my UPSEE Application Form be rejected?
A: No. It should not be rejected considering past years events.
Q: I have selected an exam centre? I wish to change it. Can I do so?
A: No. an exam centre once entered cannot be changed once it is chosen. However you could log in and check if it is allowed once the correction window for UPSEE Application 2017 opens on March 27, 2017.
Q: How will I know if the fee I paid has been accepted and my UPSEE application is registered?
A: If the payment is successful, the transaction ID will be visible immediately. You have to note this down for any future reference. You can proceed to download and save the confirmation page.
Q: I paid the fee online. I can’t get the transaction ID. Has it failed? What to do in this case?
A: The amount will be refunded by the bank within 5 days. You should pay the fees again.
Q: What if I don’t get a refund? What steps should I take?
A: In case the refund is not reflected in your bank account after 5 days from the payment, please send an email to [email protected]. Mention Subject as Failed Transaction. Mention the A) UPSEE Application Number, B) Transaction Number, and C) your Date of Birth in the email.
Q: Will AKTU allow for corrections of details in the UPSEE Application? When can I avail this facility if it is provided?
A: Yes, the partial correction window will be available from March 27 to 29, 2017. The exact information regarding the details that can be corrected are not yet known.
