It's a beautiful place with all the necessary infrastructure, we have a sports complex, a sports ground, OAT, hall, library, and student's park, it has buildings allocated to each department, all of them well equipped with the relevant stuff and is regularly maintained.
My college have all the necessary facilities and equipments that are required to a student..A library is also their that is well maintained and free wifi system is also available to the students... Proper cleaning ness is also maintained in classroom, hostels and groud .. And hostel food is very hygiene...

For Cut offs I am considering you as a general category candidate and considering you have home state quota then the cut offs for cse branch for boys is around 31k and for females it is around 32k.
If you are from other state then the cut offs is around 3k-4k.
These cut offs vary on the basis of certain factors such as number of candidates appearing in the examination previous year cutoffs and number of seats available in the college.

It's adequate enough. Neither excellent nor terrible. If you're fortunate, you might end up in a PSU; but, if you're average, you should have no trouble finding work at any of the construction companies, like Punj Lloyd, Gammon, L&T, etc. If you're unlucky, you can find yourself working for an IT company.
Now, in NIT, you get many companies coming for placement and you can even sit for IT jobs also in placement time in NIT Hamirpur.
For state colleges, placement are low and even companies are low to offer jobs in that colleges.
For safe side for your future, choose civil in NIT Hamirpur and if you interested in IT then side by side you can prepare that.
