Important things to note before filling the OJEE PG Application Form:

  • Candidates must submit only one application form. Multiple Applications for the same stream are rejected.

  • Name of Applicant, Parents Names, Date of Birth and such details must match those in the high school or board/pre-university examination certificate.

  • Details like Category, Choice of place of examination centre and Reservation & Sub- reservation type once entered by the applicant in the Application Form for OJEE PG cannot be changed afterwards under any circumstances.

  • Candidates need not send the hard copy of the confirmation page to the JEE office.

How to fill the OJEE PG Application Form?

Once the candidate clicks “APPLICATION FORM FOR OJEE”, candidates have to choose the Form “D” for M.Tech and fill the following details.

Step 1: Registration - Candidates have to fill the following details:

 Password: Candidates must enter a password following the guidelines given below

  • Password must be 8 to 13 character long.

  • Password must have at least one Upper case alphabet.

  • Password must have at least one Lower case alphabet.

  • Password must have at least one numeric value.

  • Password must have at least one special characters eg.!@#$%^&*-

Note: Candidates are advised not to disclose or share their password with anybody.

Upload Images: Candidates must upload the scanned images (Photograph, Signature and Thumb Impression) as per the guidelines.

Payment Mode:

  • By Debit/Credit Card/ Internet Banking: (VISA / MASTER / Maestro cards only). Candidates must save the payment receipt after the payment is over with details of transaction ID. Note the transaction ID for reference.

  • Through e-Challan by deposit in cash in the specified account at SBI.

For Payment through Echallan:

  • Candidates must download the two copies of the e-challan - Bank Copy and Candidate copy and print them in a single page.

  • After Depositing Fee in the nearest SBI Bank by using e-challan, candidates must log in again to take print out of the confirmation page.

  • Note down the journal number mentioned in the e-challan.

Declaration by the Candidate:

Submission of the OJEE PG Application Form:

  • Candidates must submit the Application Form for OJEE PG after entering the details, uploading the images and paying the fees.

  • After submission, a ten digit registration number is generated. Candidates must note and safe keep this Registration Number for future correspondence.

  • Candidates must take at least three printouts of the confirmation page that is displayed after submission of the application form.

Guidelines after submission of the OJEE PG Application Form are:

Candidates must retain the following documents with them as reference for future correspondence-

  • At least three printouts of the computer generated Confirmation Page of the Application Form after submission.

  • Proof of fee payment

  • 3 copies of identical Photograph as pasted on the confirmation Page of Online Application

OJEE PG Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree of examination in the relevant field from any University of Odisha or an equivalent University recognized by UGC/AICTE.

  • They must have obtained at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST category) in the qualifying examination.

OJEE PG Counselling Details

  • Counselling is held with candidates registering online and filling their choice of courses and colleges.

  • Once they fill their choices and save them, they have to pay the counselling and university fee online or through SBI challan to be downloaded two days after registration.

  • They have to report to designated nodal centres and get their documents verified.

  • For the document verification, they must take their original certificates and mark sheets along with two sets of photocopies of the same.

  • After document verification is completed, seat allotment is announced on the basis of OJEE PG Rank of the candidates as well as the choices entered.

  • The balance fee after deduction of the University fee should be paid to the admitting college for adjustment against the tuition and other fees payable to the college.
