The Ministry of Human Resource Development has decided that Class XII marks will not be considered when it comes to the Joint Entrance Examination rankings. The announcement is expected to bring relief to students looking to grab a seat in a good engineering college. With the decision expected to come into effect from 2017, the Class XII score will only determine if a student is eligible for the JEE or not.
