KCET 2014 Eligibility Criteria- KCET Eligibility allows the candidates to take admission in the engineering, architecture, medical, dental courses in Karnataka. KCET 2014 Eligibility Criteria inculcates the academic qualifications and the other criteria.

KCET 2014 Eligibility Criteria (Engineering/Technology courses):
Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as the compulsory subjects to meet the Eligibility Criteria.
They must have Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Electronics / Computer Science/ Biology as an optional subject along with the English language as one of the study.
They should attain a minimum of 45% aggregate in 10+2 for general category and 40% for SC, ST, Category-1 and OBC.
In case the marks attained in Chemistry are less, then the aggregate percentage of optional subjects will be considered just to test the eligibility for the rank.
KCET 2014 Eligibility Criteria (Architecture Course):
Candidate should have completed 10+2 with Mathematics as an optional subject.
They must have secure 50% aggregate in 10+2 in all subjects.
In case of SC, ST, Category-1, OBC and an individual with disability of mental retardation or illness should get an aggregate of 45% in 10+2.
Candidate should also appear for the NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) and should score a minimum of 40%.
