The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) has officially announced that the Aadhaar Card number will be mandatory while filling the application form of JCECE 2017. Without the Aadhaar Card Number, the applicants will not be able to submit the application form and register themselves. All applicants who do not have a Aadhaar Card are requested by the admission committee to register themselves to obtain the required Aadhaar Card Number to participate in the entrance examination for engineering admissions of Jharkhand.
Since the Aadhaar Card number has been made as a necessary field to be filled in the application form, those applicants who are yet to be allotted Aadhaar Card are requested to visit the nearest registration centre to apply for a new Aadhaar Card. From the session of 2017, all entrance examinations of the state of Jharkhand will be requiring the Aadhaar Card number to be qualified for registration and the examination.
JCECEB has not yet announced the official date for the admission procedure of JCECE 2017. The application process is scheduled to start tentatively in the month of April 2017. The applicants will be able to fill and submit the application form tentatively till May 2017. All of the personal and academic details of the applicants will have to be submitted in JCECE Application Form 2017. The entrance examination of JCECE 2017 will be conducted tentatively in June 2017 with the results being declared tentatively in the same month. It is to be noted that only the eligible applicants will be allowed to participate in the admission procedure. The applicants are required to be local/permanent residents of Jharkhand and should have passed their 10+2 (or equivalent) examination with the minimum aggregate marks. Admissions will be done based strictly on merit of the applicant through counselling and seat allotment.
