GATE 2017: IIT Roorkee releases rejected and provisional candidates’ listIIT Roorkee, the organizing institute for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2017, has rejected as many as 263 applications who applied to appear in the national level entrance exam. These applicants do not have the requisite educational qualification to appear in GATE 2017. Hence, their applications have been rejected. However, the final decision on the eligibility will be taken by the conducting body at exam centre wherein these applicants need to produce eligibility/category certificate (as applicable and marked as defective in an earlier mail). At the exam centre, the certificate needs to be handed over to the GATE officials.
