West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has made available West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam (WBJEE) 2017 application form on January 5. The application form of the state level engineering entrance test has been made available in online mode. Aspiring candidates, who wish to seek admissions in undergraduate engineering programmes through WBJEE 2017 can fill the application form, upload images, pay the application fee and download confirmation page till February 4, 2017.

Earlier, WBJEEB had released the important dates and other details about the state level test on December 28, 2016 wherein the board had declared January 5, 2017 as the application availability date.
While filling WBJEE 2017 application form, the applicants need to pay the application fee for the exam in online and offline mode. In online mode, all applicants need to pay Rs. 500+Bank charges through Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card, while candidates opting for fee payment in offline mode have to pay Rs. 500+Bank charges in cash at the nearest branch of Allahabad Bank.
Candidates opting for fee payment through offline mode, have to select Allahabad Challan mode in the application form. Doing this will generate a Challan which would contain specific details of the candidate along with the fee to be paid. Now, they have to take a printout of the challan take it to the nearest Allahabad branch for making payment. All candidates, opting for offline fee payment mode must make sure that after the payment, they need to visit the online payment gateway again and take printout of the “Confirmation Page”.
WBJEE 2017 will be conducted by WBJEEB on April 23, 2017 in offline (Optical Mark Response) mode in 2 sessions – morning and evening. In the morning session, Paper I will be held for Mathematics, from 11 am to 1 pm, while the evening session will be conducted for Paper II for Physics & Chemistry, from 2 pm to 4 pm.
