The Odisha JEE 2013 Admit Cards are available for download from the website from April 20 to 25, 2013. Students can download using their OJEE Registration number. Students have to download two copies to submit one and keep the other for future use. Students have to verify details on the Hall Ticket for OJEE 2013 to detect discrepancies for correction. The Hall Ticket for the OJEE 2013 exam is a very important document and will be needed for verification purposes at a later stage.
Odisha JEE 2013 Admit Card:
Students should download the Odisha JEE 2013 Admit Card from the website
Two copies of the OJEE 2013 Hall Ticket has to be downloaded.
Both the copies have to be attested by the invigilator at the exam hall.
One copy of the Hall Ticket for OJEE 2013 has to be submitted to the invigilator and one retained by the student.
Students who are not able to download the OJEE 2013 Admit Card by April 25, 2013 have to contact the JEE authorities before April 30, 2013
The Odisha JEE 2013 Admit Card is needed during counselling and must be kept intact by the student till the admission process is over.
OJEE Admit Card Dos and Donts:
Verify the details on the OJEE Admit Card.
In case of mistakes in information or discrepancies, bring it to the notice of the OJEE authorities before April 25, 2013 at JEE Cell, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar.
Check for the photograph on the Admit Card.
If it is missing, use an identical one to that of the OJEE Confirmation Page, get it attested by a gazetted officer / Head of the school or college last attended and affix it to the Admit Card.
Affix the Thumb impression at the space provided for it in the OJEE Hall Ticket.
Sign the Admit card at the designated place.
Carry a photo identical to the one used I the OJEE 2013 Confirmation page to the Exam Hall
