Engineering Marks of this student
TNEA 2013 Cutoffs for CBSE Board students will be equated with the qualifying examination conducted by the State Board of Tamil Nadu using the Normalization method as follows:
Calculation of Normalization Marks = 100 x actual marks / highest marks of the same board
For example, a student scores 90 Marks in Math (CBSE) and the CBSE Toppers Marks in Maths are 95
Normalization Marks = 100*90/95=94.73648
Note: If the highest marks of a student (Tamil Nadu State Board) in a particular subject are 100 and the highest marks in the same subject of a student belonging to another board is 90 the highest marks for both the boards will be considered to be equal at 100.
The TNEA Rank list 2013 will be published by Anna auniversity on June 12 based on the TNEA 2013 Cutoffs, to be further used for Counselling for the TNEA 2013 Admisison process.
