UPSEE 2014 Application form

UPSEE 2014 Application Form is available from today- March 15, 2014 till April 5, 2014. Candidates must fill in the UPTU 2014 Application Form for admissions to the UP State Engineering Admissions. Candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria before applying. Application Forms of UPSEE 2014 are available online and can be submitted offline also. Candidates can check the UPTU 2014 Application Form Procedure below before applying.

Latest Dates announced by the UPTU are :

  • Last date for submission of Online Application for UPSEE is April 6, 2014 till 12 midnight

  • Last Date for submission of fees through Punjab National Bank challan is April 7, 2014.

  • Last date for submission of Photograph, Signature and Printing of Confirmation Page is April 9, 2014

UPSEE 2014 Application Fees:

Male Candidates (Gen Category  and OBC): Rs 1000

SC/ST/Women Candidates: Rs 500

Note: Additional bank charges if applicable

 

Payment Mode: PNB Bank challan OR credit card / debit cards

 

 

Candidates can apply Online or Offline. Check the Procedure for Filling UPSEE 2014 Application Below:

1.  UPSEE 2014 Online Application FormsClick here to apply online.

  •  Candidates must fill in the personal details, Contact Details, Qualifying Exam Details, Category, Choice of Exam Centres etc.
  • After submission, a UPSEE 2014 Registration No is generated which has to be noted by the candidate.
  • Candidates must make the UPTU 2014 Application Fee Payment once the details are submitted.

UPSEE 2014 Online Application Fee Payment:

1. Through Bank challan:

  • Once the details of the candidates are submitted, fee payment option is asked.
  • Candidates who opt for the PNB Bank challan payment will be able to generate the bank PNB Challan with their details in it.
  • They need to pay the fees at any designated branch of PNB ONLY on the next day from submission of details before 5pm.
  • Candidates paying after 5 pm will have to pay the fees on the third day from submission of details
  • After payment, Candidates must ensure that the transaction number is filled up in the challan by the bank.
  • Candidates must log in 24 hours after payment to enter the payment details and upload the images.

2. Credit/ Debit card/ Internet banking:

  • Candidates can use their credit, debit cards to pay the Application Fees of UPTU 2014.
  • Note: Only Visa/Master cards are accepted
  • Candidates are advised to note the transaction ID for future reference
  • Candidates who pay by Credit /Debit cards can upload their images on the same day and generate the Confirmation Page

Uploading of the images: Candidates must upload the images of the recent photograph, signature & Thumb Impression as specified above.

Photograph Specifications:

  • Candidates must scan a recent colour passport size photograph

  • Dimensions of the photograph should be 3.5cm (width) x 4.5cm (height)

  • It should be in JPEG Format with a maximum size of 20 KB.

  • The background in the photograph must be either white or off-white and uncluttered.

  • The name of the candidate must be printed beneath the photograph

  • Important: Candidates are advised to keep 6-8 identical photographs in reserve for use for the exam, counseling and admission                                        

Signature Specifications:

  • The signature should be in Blue or Black ink

  • Dimensions of the signature image should be3.5cm (width) x 1.5cm (height)

  • It should be in JPEG Format with a maximum size of 10 KB

 

Thumb Impression:

  • Thumb Impression should be of the left thumb

  • The Thumb Impression should be preferably in Black ink

  • It should be in JPEG Format with a maximum size of 10 KB

  • Dimensions of the Thumb Impression should be3.5cm (width) x 1.5cm (height)

 UPSEE 2014 Confirmation Page:

  • Candidates must take two printouts of the confirmation page (One should be kept as the candidate’s copy)
  • Candidates have to affix a recent colored passport size photograph in the space provided
  • Candidates are required to put their signature and the left thumb impression on the designated space in the confirmation page of the UPSEE 2014 Online Application.
  • The Parent/ guardian must put their signature at the space provided on the confirmation page.
  • Candidates must not forget to provide their mailing address, contact mobile phone number at the space provided on the confirmation page.

The completed UPSEE UPTU 2014 Confirmation Page along with copy of challan (in case of the payment through bank challan) must be sent by Speed Post or Registered Post to

2. UPSEE 2014 Offline Application Forms

Candidates can fill in the UPSEE 2014 Offline Application form at any designated Helpdesk (Affiliated Institution of U.P. Technical University, Lucknow).

Guidelines for Offline Application of UPSEE 2014: Candidates must carry two recent colour passport size photographs along with the Class XII details and the details of the Credit /Debit Card if payment is online

 

Filling up of the UPSEE 2014 Offline Application Form:

  • Candidates have to fill in details like personal details (as per  their Class XII certificate), Contact Details, Qualifying Exam Details, Subjects in Class 10, Choice of exam centres, category and choice of course details.

  • Candidates must note that they have to choose three exam centres while filling the UPSEE UPTU2014 Application Form.

  • After submission of the details as specified, candidates are advised to note the UPSEE 2014 Registration No that is generated for future reference.

Payment of the UPSEE 2014 Application Fee:

 

A.Through Punjab National Bank Challan available at the Help Desk in triplicate

  • Candidates must pay the Application Fee at any specified branch of PNB 24 hours after filling in the Application Form at the Help Desk Centre if form is filled before 5 pm.

  • For forms filled after 5 pm, candidates will have to make the payment 48 hours after filling the UPSEE UPTU 2014 Application form.

  • Candidates must ensure that the transaction No is mentioned in the challan fate payment.

B. Through Credit/Debit Cards: VISA/Master Cards only

  • The Help Desk will provide the necessary internet connection to make the payment of the UPSEE 2014 Application Fees.
  • Candidates can pay and submit their UPSEE UPTU Application Form on the same day.

Submission of the UPSEE 2014 Confirmation Page:

  • Candidates must submit two recent colour passport size photographs along with their signature and thumb impression.

  • They must obtain three copies of the UPSEE 2014 Confirmation Page: One to be retained by them, one to be submitted at the HElp Desk and the third one to be sent to the university as specified below.

  • Signature of their guardian/parent is compulsory in the specified place in the Confirmation Page.

  • Candidates must not forget to provide their mailing address, contact mobile phone number at the space provided on the confirmation page.

The UPTU 2014 Confirmation Page duly filled in along with the photograph must be sent by Speed Post / Registered Post only to
