Students can apply for VITEEE 2013 through online as well as offline method. VIT Engineering Entrance Examination will be conducted from 15th April 2013 to 30th April 2013. The duration of the entrance examination will be 2 hours 30 minutes.

Important Note

• The last date for the receipt of completed VITEEE 2013 application form at VIT is February 28, 2013.

• Your application should be sent through either by Registered Post or Speed Post in the self-addressed envelope provided by VIT so as to reach the office positively on or before February 28, 2013. Before despatching the application form ensure that you have filled in the correct Test City Code and tick the checklist on the envelope provided.

• It is mandatory that the online applicants should send the hard copy of the application form to the University addressed to the “Director-UG Admissions”, VIT University, Vellore-632014.

Offline Method to apply for VITEEE 2013 

The Prospectus and the information brochure for the B.Tech. Degree programme - 2013, can be obtained on cash payment of Rs 950/- from the various post offices as given in website (or) by sending a Demand Draft for Rs 950/- drawn in favour of ‘VIT University’ payable at Vellore addressed to the Director UG Admissions, VIT University, Vellore with a request letter containing the complete address with mobile number (or) By handing over a DD of Rs 950/- in person at VIT University from the following addresses:

Online Method to apply for VITEEE 2013 

Candidates can also apply online at www.vit.ac.in/ admissions through the following mode :

(i) Net banking /Credit card/Debit card (ii) DD mode (online applicants need to pay ` 900/- only).

It is mandatory that the online applicants should send the hard copy of the application form to the University addressed to the “Director-UG Admissions”, VIT University, Vellore-632014.

 Instructions for filling VITEEE 2013 Online Application Form.

Step 1 : Student can fill online application form at official website here .

Please keep in mind below Important instruction while filling VITEEE 2013 Online Application Form.

• Candidates Date of birth should be on or after 01.07.1991.

• Change of Test City will not be entertained.

• Select the appropriate mode of payment.

• If you need printout of extra copy, please  use re-print option 

• If you do not remember your application number, please  use application number search option

• Before filling the application form please ensure that you have read the instructions carefully.

• You have to affix a good quality recent, colour photograph in the space provided.

• You should NOT attest the Photograph.

• You have to clearly and legibly write your complete postal address to which the communication is to be sent.

• You have to enter your correct PINCODE.

• You have to indicate your correct STD code and Phone No. / Mobile No.

• You have to mention your correct e-mail address.

• You have to sign in the space provided below the photograph and in the declaration form.

• Your parent / guardian have to sign the declaration form.

• You should not use any pins or stapler in your VITEEE 2013 application.

• You have to clearly indicate whether you require hostel accommodation or not.

• You have to enter the correct Test City Code on the envelope provided.

• You have to retain a photocopy of your VITEEE 2013 application.

• Kindly note down the VITEEE 2013 application number for any future correspondence

STEP 2:

Once you have completed First page of VITEEE 2013 Online Application Form
a review page will come up.

STEP 3:

In Step 3 You will be allotted your application number.

You have successfully submitted Online Application form  for VITEEE 2013. Kindly note down your Application Number for future reference. The processing of Application Form will begin only after the successful payment of Application Fee and receipt of Confirmation Page .

Step 4 – Once you have Completed VITEEE 2013 Application form

The Printout of application form should accompany either with 

• DD Rs 900/- Drawn in favour VIT University, payable at Vellore (OR)

• Use the Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card for Rs 900/- and sent to the address specified. 

NRI Candidates can apply VITEEE-2013 online and enclose the DD of 50 USD in favour of "VIT University"

Steps to be followed if fee is paid through demand draft

• Get ready with a computerized Demand draft for  Rs 900/- drawn from any Nationalized Bank in favour of the 'VIT University',  payable at Vellore

• Write your Application Number, Name, Address and Mobile Number on the back side of the Demand Draft.

• Logon to the VITEEE website, fill the application form, choose the mode of payment as “Demand Draft”. On completion of your application form take the print out.

• Fill the details of Demand Draft (like DD number, DD Date, Bank Name etc) on the printout of filled-out application form.

• Send the printout of filled-out application form after affixing the photo and signature along with the DD (computerized DD).

Since we do not have the state bank of Hyderabad Branch in Vellore, Kindly avoid taking Demand Draft in State Bank of Hyderabad with drawee branch of SBI,Vellore.

  Steps to be followed, if VITEEE 2013 application fee is paid through Net Banking / Credit card / Debit card Facility:

• If you choose to remit the VITEEE 2013 application fee through Net Banking Facility then, Logon to the VIT website, fill the application form and choose the mode of payment as “Internet Banking”.

• On confirming the applicant data, the VIT website will be redirected to concern Net banking screen prompting for login User ID and Password. You can complete the transaction by providing the necessary inputs.

• On successful completion of transaction, acknowledgement receipt with the transaction number will be generated and you can take the printout of the acknowledgement receipt and the VITEEE 2013 application form.

• In case, after making the payment and after the amount being debited from your account, if the page shows transaction not complete, kindly contact the Admissions Office at online@vit.ac.in and proceed accordingly.

• Send the VITEEE 2013 Application form through Speed Post addressed to The Director - UG Admissions, VIT University, Vellore- 632 014, Tamil Nadu, India
